 How to control your emotions in any situation? 😊🖤

                                         

               All humans & animals have feelings and thoughts🙂. How many feelings & thoughts do we experience each day? We may have acted in different ways when we have different feelings😇.
        
       
                                Our feelings & thoughts suddenly arise and affect our mind causing us to react in various ways are known as emotions. Actually emotions are strong feelings🙆‍♀️.

                                However different people react to them in different ways - Some react instantly - Some would not react instantly but react afterwards🤔. Anne Franks said "Feelings can't be ignored, no matter how unjust or ungrateful they seem".   

                          Emotions need to be let out, but in constructive rather than destructive ways🙄. Here are few ways you can practice to control over your emotions and respond with care in any situation👇.
                     
  • Avoid such a situation.
  • Listen to the song.
  • Play a game.
  • Count 1 to 10 slowly.
  • Quietly take deep breaths.
  • Drink glass of water slowly.
  • Meditation
  • Avoiding emotional overload.
  • Avoid emotional company.
  • Think solutions rather than the problem. 

       
Following factors affecting emotional balance. They are situation, understanding, ones personal behavior, our experience, life style, age group and so on...🥰
              
                     Always try to have a more balance approach to looking at things. Think of all the different possibilities🤗. Try to be as a realistic as possible when assessing the "goods" or "bads" of situation.
